Your choice...mild, medium, or hot pound of ground.  The options start at well seasoned with little to no spicy heat and work up from there.  Medium adds a bit of spice and hot kicks it up a notch!  If you are looking for a well-seasoned yet unobtrusive breakfast patty, go with the mild.  If you are looking for a spicy base for your favorite ground meat dish, or you like your breakfast sausage on the wake-me-up with some mouth-burn, go with the hot.  If you are looking for that perfect, in the middle, I really like to taste my sausage patty, the medium is for you.
